3 more days to turning ONE month old and we had a little party today. And here’s a recap of his journey, i.e. eat, poo, sleep and REPEAT, thus far. ;)
Some shots taken at the hospital, the very earliest days.
So glad that the expensive swaddle I bought in a futile attempt to tame sleep challenged
monster DZ has been put to good use. Way to go Baby Travis, SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP!!!
Good job Baby Travis! Da Yee is always so amazed to find you sleeping peacefully and contentedly whenever I drop by to visit. Please stay this way OK? You know even as a newborn, your DZ gor gor could go without a nap for SEVEN hours?! It was very terrifying for Da Yee then and she’s still quite spooked by the topic of baby sleep even till now…*shudder*
Some day-to-day scenes of life at Park West. Before long, you will be seen on the Bumbo, doing tummy time, chomping on your fists, rolling and flipping over, pushing up, crawling (I wonder what kind of crawler you will be…), exploring, cruising– in short, bringing the house down!
And here’s a very caring DZ gor gor, stroking your little head in the gentlest manner that his still little hands could manage, and all the while calling out your name lovingly “Trevi, Trevi” in that cute, raspy voice of his. Meet my BIG baby who is occasionally spotted plonking into and making himself comfortable in the bouncer.
Of course there’s big sister Adrienne who has been the sweetest and most loving big sister anyone could ever have, so far. On weekdays, she’s off to school from 9am-4pm. She can be seen reading to her baby brother during her after school hours, chatting to him, but mostly leading her very busy soon-to-be 3 yo life.
Finally, look at you! Opening your eyes and perking your ears more and more, taking in the sight and listening to the sounds around the house. You may be one month old only but your features and look is there already. And we look forward to getting to know you more and more with each passing day.
Happy One month old Baby Travis. :)
